Four filtration technologies of domestic water purifier: generally speaking, core+membrane technology

1. Coarse filtration/microfiltration:

Simple filtration is to use the pores on the surface of the membrane to filter. The pore size of the microfiltration membrane is generally 0.5-1 μ m, which can only filter dirt, rust, colloid and other visible impurities as well as large bacterial groups. The water treated by the microfiltration membrane can only be clear in the sense, and cannot be used as qualified drinking water. The market is often seen as a one-tube, two-tube, three-tube filtration device

2. Ultrafiltration:

(UF for short) is a physical screening process that uses pressure as the driving force and uses different pore sizes of ultrafiltration membranes to separate liquids. Its molecular cutting capacity (CWCO) is generally 60 to 500000, and its pore size is 0.1 to 0.01 microns. In water treatment, it can mainly filter macromolecular organic substances such as bacteria, viruses, pigments, carbon powder, etc., but it can not effectively remove low molecular organic substances such as pesticides, herbicides, detergents, heavy metals, and harmful substances such as iron and manganese ions produced in the process of water transportation.

In general, the water purified by ultrafiltration water purification products with an ultrafiltration pore size of 0.01 can meet the standard of direct drinking water, but the overall filtration effect, water quality and taste are not as good as RO reverse osmosis, and those with a pore size of 0.1 μ m can not meet the standard of direct drinking water, please pay attention when purchasing

3. Nanofiltration membrane:

(NF for short) is a kind of reverse osmosis membrane. It is a pressure-driven membrane nanofiltration membrane between reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration. The pore size of the membrane ranges from 0.01 to 0.001. At this pore size, pesticides, herbicides, detergents and other low-molecular organic substances and heavy metals can not pass through. Ions smaller than this pore size can partially pass through. Because it is between ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis, it is no less than the same, so there are not many machines of this kind to be promoted and sold

4. Reverse osmosis membrane:

(RO for short) The special high-pressure water pump is used to add the raw water to the pressure of 6-9 kg, so that the raw water can penetrate through the reverse osmosis membrane with a pore size of 0.0001 μ m under the pressure. Chemical ions and bacteria, fungi and viruses cannot pass through, and only water molecules and oxygen molecules with a volume less than 0.0001 microns are allowed to pass through. This principle achieves the purification of water without changing the characteristics of water and oxygen solubility, and is praised by experts as "Rolls-Royce" in water treatment technology.

Reverse osmosis technology has been equipped with U.S. submarines, aircraft carriers and combat ships since 1970, and is used to make drinking water directly from seawater. At present, 80% of American drinking water is made by reverse osmosis technology. In the United States, people compare the image of reverse osmosis to "kidney in vitro".

In the early 1990s, China began to introduce reverse osmosis technology and equip submarines and warships. In 1992, the central government set up a reverse osmosis water in Zhongnanhai to provide drinking water for foreign guests and state leaders.

So far, it is still the most cutting-edge technology in the field of water treatment!

What should you consider when purchasing a water purifier:

1. After-sales service capability: Because the filter element of the machine needs to be replaced, it is basically necessary to go to the user's home for testing once every three months. For small businesses, it is impossible to do so. It is recommended to choose companies of a company nature to purchase, otherwise your machine will not be guaranteed, and the water quality will not be guaranteed. First consider the good service, and then consider the machine.

2. The level of professional knowledge: In today's world of water purification products, without strong professional knowledge, it is impossible to distinguish the market. The current sales staff basically only know the products they sell, and they are not sure on the whole. Maybe what she sells you is not what you need and is not suitable for you, but because of the restrictions of the brand of water purifier used by the seller, the consumer has suffered losses, and chooses the most suitable for your needs, You don't have to choose the most expensive one.

3. Construction ability: This may not be a problem for newly decorated homes. If it is a family that has already been decorated, this is very important. When installing, it should involve the routing of water pipes, marble table tops, pipelines, and the overall beauty. Generally, small businesses do not have professional designers, and it is not worth the loss if they make a mess.

4. The best performance-price ratio: price is the most important factor that consumers care about, but if the water purifier looks at the price without the above conditions, you will have to suffer a loss. Even if the water purifier price is low, you can't buy it. We need to buy it at ease, at ease and at ease, so we recommend that consumers consider the above conditions comprehensively to consider the purchase.

What is the overall household water and sanitation system:

Scheme I: prefilter+water softener+water purifier or water purifier

Scheme II: prefilter+central water purifier+water softener

Water purifier: RO reverse osmosis technology decryption

It is a terminal product of water treatment products with excellent performance. Its filtration micropore is one thousandth of a micron. The standard of purified water has reached or exceeded the international standard for direct drinking water (50PPM)

Our water purifier uses a ceramic filter element from Denton, UK, with a micropore of 0.45 microns. Although it has reached the national standard, it has not reached the international standard. Now, only the products indicated as pure water purifier can meet the international standard for direct drinking water, and those indicated as pure water purifier have not reached the international standard

1、 The moon landing plan was hit by water

In 1968, various technical preparations for the Apollo moon landing in the United States were carried out in full swing. The most headache was the most common water. At that time, the amount of water used in the entire lunar landing plan, including equipment and astronauts, was up to 6 tons. If the water could be reused, it would only take a little. How to recover and purify industrial wastewater, rinse water and urine became the biggest research topic. The investment of more than one billion dollars ended with fruitful results - this is the reverse osmosis technology, or RO water, which was the top secret patent of NASA at that time.

2、 Reverse osmosis (RO) working principle:

The special high-pressure water pump is used to add the raw water to the pressure of 6-9 kg, so that the raw water can penetrate through the reverse osmosis membrane with a pore size of 0.0001 μ m under the pressure. Chemical ions and bacteria, fungi and viruses cannot pass through, and only water molecules and oxygen molecules with volume less than 0.0001 μ m are allowed to pass through.

3、 Reverse osmosis (RO) is the most effective and modern water treatment method known

The so-called reverse osmosis principle is to pressurize the raw water end to make the pure water molecules penetrate the membrane (TFC Membrane) to produce pure water, and at the same time, discharge the impenetrable impurities and harmful substances along the concentrated waste water outlet. Because of its very small pore size of 0.0001micron, it can effectively filter bacteria, viruses and various chemical toxic substances contained in water

In the process of pursuing how to obtain pure drinking water, human beings have developed from boiling method, distillation method, ion exchange method, activated carbon filtration method Only RO reverse osmosis can effectively remove 99% of the solid dissolved substances (TDS) in water with a purity of 1-10 ppm.

The purified drinking water made by reverse osmosis is crystal clear, free of pollutants, free of bacteria, filterable viruses, carcinogenic substances such as chloroform, and can remove inorganic minerals and harmful heavy metals. Purified water produced by reverse osmosis can be used perfectly for human body. It can be described as healthy water. Up to now, no drinking water produced by other methods can be better than that.
